In EU, we continue to observe an unprecedented wave of legislation that impacts Selling Partner (SP) experience, constrains selection and jeopardizes growth. This increases the complexity and cost of selling in EU and makes compliance the primary barrier to SP launches in the region.
As a Senior Program Manager in EU3P Compliance programs - you will define the strategy and execution plan to programmatically scale a high visibility and complex trade compliance program across EU and UK. You will influence cross VP organizations to (1) define the seller experience and engagement programs to increase compliance, (2) shape the risk appetite for executive leadership, and (3) design and implement the seller enforcement and regain strategy for EU and UK marketplaces.
The ideal candidate is motivated and agile, with strong project management skills. This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and execute working backwards plans and mechanisms to successfully implement programs to reduce GMS loss for EU3P due to trade regulations impacting Sellers
- Work with cross functional team across different levels including finance, global trade services, legal, product, technology, and operations
- Define and track the metrics and goals needed to measure success across critical work streams in the program
- Proactively identify gaps or blockers to seller experience, propose solutions, and drive implementation across partner teams.
- Actively seek ways to improve program related efficiencies while balancing SX and Amazon risk
- Communicate updates on key strategic programs and metrics to leaders and stakeholders
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
- Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large-scale technology deal
- Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business
