Our Social and Content team comprises 80 social specialists, so we can offer expertise across a myriad of disciplines. We use data-driven strategic insights to deliver amazing creative 

content that drives effective results to make brands really matter and have all the tools to deliver best-in-class content programmes daily.

This role sits within our strategy team and growing community management practice. We see community management as a strategic tool which can help brands build authentic communities and engage audiences to drive business, which is why we have created this hybrid role which can lead you into a career in social strategy. 

You’ll be responsible for: 

  • Interpreting client briefs 
  • Understanding social trends and consumer insights 
  • Recommending the right channels and formats to your clients, based on your advanced knowledge of social channels and keeping up to dates with evolutions 
  • Conducting social audits and SWOT analysis to understand client’s and competitor’s presence 
  • Defining how community management can help clients reach their objectives 
  • Using key research sources (Mintel, TGI, WARC, Google Analytics) to find insights and anchor your recommendations in data 
  • Using social management and analytics tools (Sprinklr, Google Trends, Meta Insights, Sprout Social, Brand watch) to publish content and analyse performance 
  • Reporting on social performance and making recommendations for optimisation 
  • Engaging with your client’s audience on social channels, prevent and manage potential crisis

 

A bit about you: 

We love to hear about people with varied background and are flexible on whether you have come from an agency of client background. This role is for you if: 

  • You have good copywriting skills and are comfortable writing social media posts and engaging with consumers on social media 
  • You are a social media enthusiast and keep up to date with this constantly moving industry 
  • You have analytical skills and have experience developing social media content strategies 
  • You have experience managing social media accounts through social media management tools 
  • You are excited about interacting with stakeholders – junior to senior, and know how to educate and convince them of your strategy 
  • You love working in a team in a collaborative and supportive way
