We are looking for a Network Development Manager (fka Network Investment Manager) to join our EMEA network infrastructure group to support our growing network footprint needs. This person will lead network investments through capacity and dark fiber leases and acquisitions, network infrastructure development, and construction, strong subsea experience will be essential. They will - often working with partners and vendors - develop and implement strategies to provide Meta with best in class economics, optimal flexibility & scalability, unmatched delivery & availability as well as optimized operation & maintenance arrangements.
