In our Amsterdam Campus there are many internal events which we are facilitating. It starts with receiving the request in our ticketing system, processing the requests, doing face to face intake conversations and managing all vendors (such as cleaning, catering and guarding) in order to make the event successful. For bigger events you are the operational contact person and present during the event at the office. Key Job Responsibilities and Duties: Task Execution: Manage the flawless and timely execution of all tasks according to guidelines, processes, and contracts to ensure an efficiently run office. This includes supporting day-to-day on-site operations and potentially supporting other office locations remotely through travel. Hospitality Services: Welcome visitors, coordinate on-site vendor services, manage reception, and ensure physical security. Workspace Support: Manage remote offices, space planning, team moves, new hires, office supplies, pantry areas, AV/IT, greenery, and office morale. Hygiene and Real Estate Services: Oversee cleaning, waste management, maintenance, repair, and building services, and support Real Estate projects. Crisis Management: Participate in the Local Incident Response Team (LIRT) and organize the local response team during crises. Health and Safety: Follow compliance guidelines, coordinate efforts, and represent Fire Marshal and First Aider groups.34 Community and Event Services: Plan events such as Freaky Fridays, BKX, Town Hall meetings, and Q&A sessions, and support Booking CSR communications and strategy. Qualifications & Skills: Comprehensive Understanding and Community Building: Possess a deep understanding of all aspects of Workplace Services and focus on building strong communities within the organization. Complaint and Concern Management: Handle complaints and concerns with sensitivity and care.
