Professional Services Consultant

Full-time Position 

To enhance the global team, we are hiring a Professional Services Consultant with strong and proven customer implementation experience in the IT market.  This role can take on many aspects from running an implementation as a technical lead to reviewing and integrating multiple modules of our IT Complete Suite of software solutions.  The successful candidate is expected to maintain a professional, courteous and customer service focused attitude at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Recognizes and identifies potential opportunities for improvement in customer processes, or where new processes need to be developed, and makes recommendations in these areas
  • Manages the implementation process and works cross functionally in order to ensure customers are on-boarded in a quick and efficient manner
  • Initiates and maintains strong working relationships with customers
  • Conduct assessment of customer needs, explain the product features and functionality, and how it relates to the business
  • Provide consulting and assistance to customers via phone, email, online meetings
  • Coordinates resources and activities to support project objectives
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Fluent Dutch speaker

Experience/Qualifications/ Skills Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years Experience with IT Service business operations
  • Knowledge of CRM, ERP, PSA and RMM software and markets bonus
  • Managed Service Provider experience
  • Working knowledge of a business reporting platform
  • Non-Technical Skills Requirements
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills using Microsoft products (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and Project Tracking software such as Krow/Klient, Smartsheet)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter
  • Proven team player
  • Demonstrate the ability to present complex technical material to both technical and non-technical customers
