As an Art Direction Intern you will support Senior Art Directors in bringing creative thought and meticulous craft output, approaching every brief with fresh eyes and avoiding familiar solutions while generating useful, usable, and delightful ideas across all existing and emerging platforms.

Based in either our studio in Milan or in Venice (at H-Farm Campus), you will work in an environment which fosters a meritocratic culture and encourages ownership, and you will be surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields. 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• You are passionate about design aesthetics and extreme attention to detail.
• You speak Italian and English fluently and are able to work effectively in both languages.
• You have good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• You relentlessly push to improve and outdo yourself in every work.
