You will be responsible for developing, managing and executing a multi-channel CRM strategy to engage customers with personalised, targeted and relevant marketing communications across all life-cycle stages, based on customer segmentation, campaign or behavioural insights. This will cover both Smarkets and our sportsbook product, SBK.
You’ll work closely with the Data and Analytics team to ensure effective and timely end-to-end operational delivery of CRM programs for all campaigns across email, SMS, and push messaging.
In addition, you will proactively monitor and own customer marketing KPIs and CRM campaign impact; identifying opportunities to optimise, automate and scale.
The ideal candidate will have industry experience (but don’t be discouraged if you don’t!) along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Light experience with design tooling would also be preferable.
