Your Mission
We are looking for a Project & Operational intern to join the Bus Stops team at BlaBlaCar. The team is part of the Operation team at BlaBlaCar Bus.
BlaBlaCar Bus is one of the leading companies in the coach industry in France and Western Europe with a growing international network. We have 4 teams under the Western Europe Bus team :

- Network Planning
- Business Development & Account Management
- Operations including Bus Operations and Ground Ops
We are looking for an intern to join the Station team, led by Elodie Le Quaire for a 6-month mission. This is an opportunity for an intern to discover the business and the operations of a bus network.
The in-station experience is essential for our passengers as it is the first physical interaction with our service. We must guarantee easy access for our passengers and our buses, ensuring a clear display, ...
To do this, the station team is in charge of relations with all the stopping points of our bus network in Europe.
The station team must in particular make sure to maintain a good relationship with the station managers, share our forecasts of trips, validate the conditions of physical access, ensure contractualization is done on time and finally guarantee a clear and readable branding for our passengers.
Your responsibilities
As a future Bus Operation intern, your main responsibilities will be :
- Take part in development projects planned for the team (task automation, tools development, new process definition and optimization, …)
- Take part of the integration of a new country into the Bus Stop team’ scope
- Lead the summer operational projects : new stations & manage the external events affecting the operations
- Support the team on their operational tasks (transport plan sending, transport plan modifications sharing, etc.)
Your qualifications
- Communication, coordination & project management skills
- You will work with various internal teams and external contacts
- Interest for the passenger transport industry
- Full working proficiency in English & French
- Thriving in a collaborative, fast-growing and innovative environment
- Ability to take ownership, aligned with business priorities
- Nice to have: Italian notion
For internships: Having an internship agreement from your school or university is mandatory. We won’t be able to proceed with your application otherwise.
