QRT is growing fast and the Human Resources team is expanding and developing globally to support our exciting dynamic business. We have a new opening for an HR Business Partner to join our team based in Paris. 

In this role, based in Paris, you will report directly to France and Switzerland Head of HR.

Your duties will involve engaging and working in tandem with HR colleagues across various locations, as well as with our HR Subject Matter Experts specializing in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Information System Support, Compensation & Benefits, alongside external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • You will play a key role in partnering with the business, providing sound HR advice, offering reliable HR guidance and support to fuel their expansion goals, by collaborating on recruitment and devising strategies for team development
  • Partnering with both internal and external parties to manage HR projects and issues, including those emerging during the recruitment process, such as visa and tax problem resolution
  • Management of a wide range of Employee Relations topics including resolving complaints, occupational health matters, performance management, dismissals and running both disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Payroll management, encompassing the preparation and review of payroll instructions as needed
  • HRIS platform and data management analysis, including absences reporting and follow-up

Your present skillset

  • Fluent in English / French as applicable
  • 2 - 5 years of experience as HRBP or HR generalist
  • Strong knowledge of French Labor Code
  • Technical knowledge of Workday and Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Prior experience with payroll processes is advantageous
  • Passionate about HR, with ability to innovate ways in which HR can support and grow the business
  • Able to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines, organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Willing to take ownership and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional, articulate, and able to communicate effectively at all levels and across all disciplines
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer focus skills
  • Team Player – ability to collaborate effectively within an international environment and at all levels
