How You’ll Support Our Mission 

Our Billing and Dispatch team in Pilsen owns the development of an application used by emergency medical services (EMS) to streamline and automate the billing process. Within our robust application, we support professional claim creation and submission, facility invoicing, program/membership management, and automated patient invoicing capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing - the day to day

You will be instrumental in how we build:

  • Developing an in-depth understanding of the product teams you support, their goals and vision
  • Drive strategic initiatives across the Product Management team to improve process maturity and consistency across the ESO product portfolio
  • Working closely with the Senior Director of Product Management and Product Ops, and Director of UX to utilise product telemetry, which empowers our product suite teams and cross functional partners
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations that surface key data and insights for product managers, owners and directors to support roadmap priorization efforts and quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborating with Director of User experience to refine processes that enable us to run more experiments (creating hypotheses faster that can be tested and iterated in true agile fashion)
  • Utilizing cross-functional data to correlate trends , identify leading and lagging indicators which shape strategic actions
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in product operations and data analysis.

Occasional travel to ESO offices in Austin, TX and/or Belfast, Northern Ireland may be required

 

Who You Are - the essentials (Some of the things required to be successful in the role): 

  • 1-2 years proven experience in product operations, data analysis, UX research or a similar role.
  • A strong desire to work in Health-tech and a passion for building great technology for emergency responders so that they can focus on saving lives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Track record of using financial data, usage metrics, and other KPIs to help guide decision making
  • Strong passion for product management, product process and sharing/educating others on best practices
  • Continuous learning and growth mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data in a clear manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and Czech – written and spoken.
  • A proactive curious mindset and the ability to engage in strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving.

 

 

Who You Are - the desirables (It’s a plus if you have): 

 

  • Formal product operations training
  • Formal product management training (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Institute, etc.)
  • Experience in working with product analytics, business analytics and CRM platforms (specifically Pendo, Salesforce, Power BI)
  • Experience in a fast-growing enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology company, ideally in a mission-critical environment where quality matters
  • Academic degree in a related field (business information systems, business, statistics, )
  • Demonstrated engagement in volunteer activities serving your community (e.g., volunteer firefighter, volunteer EMT, peer crisis counselling, etc.)
  • Experience working in intercultural environments and collaborating with diverse teams
